These overalls have been handed down from Kelsey (my niece who is now a teenager), to Sarah (who is now 10), to Leah. I was happy to bring them out from storage to reminisce.

Cleo

Cleo's spot is on a Winnie the Pooh chair we've had since Peter was in diapers. I'm glad we've held onto it for so long and that it give our cat such joy. She is Queen of the Pooh chair. Cleo or Cwelo as Leah calls her. Whatever you call her, she is ours and we love her.

January 2011 Kurtz Family

Last day of the month and I didn't miss it. Here is a new year and an old goal to take at least one picture per month of the Kurtz Family. Where did January go? And what did I do this month... It'll come to me. Until then, enjoy the picture.

Monty....(and Leah)

This was supposed to be a "Monty only" photo session but Leah will weasel her way in front of any camera. She doesn't care who you are. She knows everyone really wants to take a picture of her. (too true) So once she was satisfied, I could focus the camera on Monty. He doesn't let me do this. He usually requests a picture with the garden he is growing or a tree he planted or his dog. This was my request. Just him. Through some complaining and negotiation, I got my way. So here is Monty as he usually is. Hammin' it up, never quite serious even in the "serious" pictures. And that's the way I like him.
